“Overall, decent job. Lauren is very nice. It was not worth $475 though. The truck bed was not washed out (there was still dirt and leaves in it.) The door jams are still dirty. The cloth back seat (rubbery goo left on the seat that wasn't there before.) It is stuck and I'll have to try some different things to get it off. )”

“The technician was suppose to arrive at 8am, he came at 1pm. He finished both vehicles within 30 min. They were both still covered with dirt. Not only did he completely neglect to clean the rims, bumpers, wheel wells, roof, and numerous spots around both cars...he spread dirty water all over the entire vehicle. I pointed this out, and he began to spray the cars with something in a bottle, and wipe them down again. The floor mats and pedals were soaked in armor all(which was not suppose to be used), there was still dirt everywhere on the seats and floors, and nothing inside had been wiped down. There was armor all overspray on everything. The windows and door jams hadn't been touched. He began to spray the inside windows with the same spray he was using on the outside of the car, which he said was a cleaner mixed with wax! I had to rewash both cars inside and out to remove all the filth, wax, and armor all! He said he wasn't staying all day on a car wash, then peeled out of my driveway”
